These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Omegayksi Caregiver Training Program (“the Program”). By submitting an application or enrolling in the Program, you (“the Applicant”) agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing and submitting the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data. All information collected through this application process will be handled in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023. Your data will be used exclusively for purposes related to your application, course participation, and communication. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.

3. Confidentiality

All information provided by the Applicant shall be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of processing the application and administering the Program. Confidentiality obligations shall remain in effect beyond the completion of the Program.

4. Fees and Refund Policy

All payments made toward the Program are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal by the Applicant or inability to attend the training. This includes all forms of payment whether partial or full.

5. Cancellation Policy

• By the Applicant: You may cancel your participation in the Program by providing written notice only in the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, serious illness, or death in the immediate family). Proof may be requested, and refund considerations remain at Omegayksi’s sole discretion.

• By Omegayksi: Omegayksi reserves the right to cancel your application or terminate participation in the Program if:

  • Any of these Terms are breached.

  • Full payment is not received by the due date.

  • Misrepresentation of information occurs.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

6. Limitation of Liability

Omegayksi Health Services Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising out of participation in the Program, including delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

8. Amendments

Omegayksi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated to applicants via email or on the registration platform.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acknowledgement and Consent

By submitting your registration form and payment, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms.

• You accept and agree to be bound by them.

• You consent to the processing of your personal data as outlined above.
